                鋼纖維為高強鋼絲銑削工藝制作而成兩端帶有錨固端,且一面粗糙一面光滑的高性能纖維產品。具有抗拉強度高,韌性與分散性好,與混凝土具有良好的粘接力。主要用于制造鋼纖維混凝土,并應用于隧道、工業地坪等領域。 鋼纖維混凝土是將鋼纖維加入粘性硬化水泥砂漿中,經拌合而成的一種混合物。鋼纖維將混凝土中的應力重新分配,并抑制了裂縫的形成和擴散,使之成為能在開裂后維持殘余應力并更加柔韌的鋼纖維混凝土。 與鋼筋網相比較,鋼纖維混凝土的優勢在于: 1、能夠較好地控制固化收縮,增加了接縫間距; 2、由于纖維均勻分布,結構斷面在其厚度內得到均勻強化; 3、無需剪切或鋪設網片,從而節約了施工時間和費用; 4、不需要在網面上再加覆蓋保護層,從而減少混凝土的厚度。 砂漿或混凝土中摻加適量的鋼纖維,可提高其抗拉、抗彎強度,并大幅度地提高其韌性和抗沖擊強度。 The steel fiber is made of high strength steel wire milling technology and made of high-performance fiber products with anchorage ends at one end and smooth side. The protective layer should be added to the web surface to reduce the thickness of the concrete. Adding proper amount of steel fiber into mortar or concrete can increase its tensile and flexural strength, and greatly improve its toughness and impact strength.
